Reservation Policy:
A non-refundable 10% deposit with the Tropical Travel Association is required in order to confirm your reservation. The 90% balance is due to the hotel upon arrival. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show you will be charged the first nights stay. At the hotel's discretion additional requirements may be requested.

You will be issued an xyzcode, our tracking number. An online copy of your communication with Hotel Residencia del Sol will be saved and accessible anytime. Credit card information is transmitted to our bank's secure server over the internet via an "SSL" connection. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is essentially computer tech talk for encrypted, locked and certified safe. Our SSL certificate is on the right. Your credit card company gives you additional protection.

Of Special Note:
We are a very modern hotel along the lines of the big chains... but our prices are much more moderate for the same or better services. If you enjoy tranquility, personalized services and beautiful rooms all at very moderate prices, you'll enjoy our hotel.
