A Quiet, Small Airport Accessible Hotel for Short or Long Stays

About Us:
We are very interested in the comfort of our guests, our rooms are big and clean, and our garden is one of the places where you can relax and spend some time. We also have a patio with the sound of water that comes from a stone colonial style fountain.

Facilities & Services:
There are 7 beautiful rooms that offer a capacity for 21 guests. We have private rooms, rooms with fireplace and a big balcony, and shared rooms. All bathrooms have hot water.

Rates:
Shared rooms with general bathroom $15.00 p/p

Private room with bathroom, large bed, cable TV:
$25.00 Single
$40.00 Double

Double with general bathroom $15.00 p/p

Special room for groups of 4 or more with private bathroom.

Reservation Policy:
A non-refundable 10% deposit with the Tropical Travel Association is required in order to confirm your reservation. The 90% balance is due to the hotel upon arrival. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show you will be charged the first nights stay. At the hotel's discretion additional requirements may be requested.

You will be issued an xyzcode, our tracking number. An online copy of your communication with Los Volcanes will be saved and accessible anytime. Credit card information is transmitted to our bank's secure server over the internet via an "SSL" connection. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is essentially computer tech talk for encrypted, locked and certified safe. Our SSL certificate is on the right. Your credit card company gives you additional protection.

Of Special Note:
Our high hygienic standards are very well supervised so we are sure to offer you the best services with our Economy Dorms and Guest House. Security is a priority to us.

How to find us.
Pick up at the International Airport La Aurora, transfer to bus stations ( Antigua, Xela, Panajachel, Flores, Rio Dulce, Puerto Barrios).
