We are not a huge hotel with hundreds of rooms.... Our main objective is to give our guests the special, individual attention they deserve.

We serve breakfast, offer you a restaurant guide, so you can freely choose the place or kind of food that pleases you the most, or if you prefer you can order food from various restaurants who will deliver to the hotel.

Our rooms are designed especially to offer you a warm home style feeling that reflects the great beauty of our Guatemalan culture, each room is equipped with:

Plus 22% taxes and courtesy breakfast.

Reservation Policy:
A non-refundable 10% deposit with the Tropical Travel Association is required in order to confirm your reservation. The 90% balance is due to the hotel upon arrival. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show you will be charged the first nights stay. At the hotel's discretion additional requirements may be requested.

You will be issued an xyzcode, our tracking number. An online copy of your communication with Hotel Mansion Imperial will be saved and accessible anytime. Credit card information is transmitted to our bank's secure server over the internet via an "SSL" connection. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is essentially computer tech talk for encrypted, locked and certified safe. Our SSL certificate is on the right. Your credit card company gives you additional protection.

Of Special Note:
Our hotel has several "green areas" where you and your family can have fun with some piano music in the background, play games, read, etc.

Our living rooms are cozy and spacious, ideal for your business or for your relaxation. The entire hotel has great light and ventilation. Also, for your safety and those who visit you, we have an interior parking lot available.

A delicious breakfast is served in our green-house. For your other meals you can walk to one of many restaurants, or you can order room-service.

We are located in the "ZONA VIVA", close enough so you can walk to all the nice restaurants, discos and shopping centers, but far enough to avoid the noisy atmosphere. (Just 10 minutes from the airport)
